Booth selection begins July 7 and will run through September. Your assigned booth selection date is now available on your Sponsor Portal Homepage.
The live floorplan is available here and can also be accessed anytime from the Booth Selection & Floorplan task in the Sponsor Portal.
Please note: Sponsor Meeting Rooms are not part of the booth selection process and will be assigned in the coming weeks.
On your assigned booth selection date, all Sponsor Portal contacts will receive booth selection instructions via email at 9:00 AM PT. Once the email is sent, your team will have 24 hours to complete booth selection. Please ensure someone from your team is available during your assigned selection window, as sponsors who do not submit their booth selections within the 24-hour window will forfeit their place in line and will be moved to the next round of booth selections. New booth selection rounds will begin every Tuesday and Thursday.
Once the selection window closes, our team will finalize layouts (prioritizing by contract signature date if there are overlapping requests). You will receive an email confirming your official booth number within two business days.
If your strategy shifts later on or you need to explore a relocation, just reach out to us at reinvent-sponsorship@amazon.com. All relocations are subject to availability, reviewed first-come, first-served, and must align with your contracted booth size. Note: Your original assignment remains active until a new booth is confirmed in writing.
Insider Floorplan Tips:
As you design your attendee experience, keep an eye out for these key floorplan features:
- The Caesars Forum Walkway (Left Side): This attendee walkway connects Caesars Forum and The Venetian and provides additional access to and from the Expo.
- AWS Activations & Pavilions: Major traffic-drawing hubs labeled across the floor.
- Structural Columns (Small Gray Squares): Marked so you can plan your booth layout perfectly without unexpected structural surprises.
